Lainde Badarisa is a community in Girei LGA of Adamawa state. Fulan are the highest number of persons in the Community followed by other tribes. The community with a total estimated population of 3,565 inhabitants, has a primary school called LAINDE BADIRISA PRIMARY SCHOOL. In 1995 the primary school was under Bajabure Ward but later in 2003 the school became independent. CODE through its Follow The Money initiative has sought to ensure adequate service delivery in implementation of infrastructure projects in rural communities by enhancing citizens participation in governance and during its data mining found the tender advertisement by Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board  to construct school projects in Lainde Badirisa, Girei LGA, Adamawa State.

To provide oversight and foster information sharing between the implementing agency and the beneficiary community on the implementation of this project, FTM team is initiating #EducateGirei campaign. Inadequate Classrooms To Accommodate The Pupils

15/05/2019: According to the team, the primary school has a total number of 914 students as of 2018 reports from the school management but unfortunately they don’t have adequate classes to accommodate the students.
